Having said all of this, we did find that the Moosoo did have a couple of issues that need consideration.
- 20 – 35 minute cleaning time may be too short for a spacious home – you may need to think about buying a spare battery
- It takes 5 hours to charge, which is quite a long time. So you need to schedule your charging time way before cleaning. An extra battery is a better alternative
- The dust cup is on the small size, especially if you have a lot of dirt to pick up.

The battery does not have to be removed to charge. With it connected, the three LED lights near the handle will all remain on when you’re fully charged. We hope that helps.

My machine is excellent, but I just wanted to know how clean and debris from around the roller and the dust cup?
There is a small brush tool that comes with the machine. One end of the device has a molded blade. This is useful to slide along the brush roller under any hair that is wrapped around it. Slice the hair and then pull it off. Conveniently, the brush is easily detachable. You can also use this device to brush out the dust cup.
